Treasurer and Chief Financial officer

Mr. Medors is the Co-founder, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Venture Therapeutics. He has over twenty nine years combined experience in finance, accounting, treasury,  planning/forecasting, product development, and project management, and more than 19 years spent within  the pharmaceutical industry,

Prior to co-founding Venture Therapeutics, Mr. Medors was co-founder,  Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer  and Vice President of PharmaForce from 1999 to 2011.  PharmaForce achieved immediate and sustained profitability under his financial direction generating more than $300 million during his tenure. PharmaForce was acquired by a subsidiary of Daiichi Sankyo in 2009.

Prior to co-founding PharmaForce, Mr. Medors held executive positions with Bigmar, Inc., and Automatic Data Processing. Mr. Medors graduated from the Ohio State University with a B.S. degree in Business Administration, and a major in Accounting.
